Service Description
A dedicated 8 or more hours service providing peace of mind and comfort throughout the night. This service ensures a supportive presence is available should the client need non-personal care assistance during the late hours.
Cancellation Policy
### Online Booking Cancellation Policy To ensure we can effectively schedule and allocate support services, the following cancellation policy applies to all online bookings: * Cancellations made **72 hours or more before the scheduled service** will be eligible for a full refund. * Cancellations made **less than 72 hours before the scheduled service** will be charged at **100% of the booking fee** and are non-refundable. * Failure to attend a booked service without prior notice will also be charged at **100% of the booking fee**. * Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method. By confirming an online booking, clients acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
